About RECA Justice
RECA Justice brings together the claims-administration background of Claims Northwest with a licensed RECA attorney of record. Our job is to help families move from “I might qualify” to a clean, timely claim filed with the Department of Justice.
What we do
Most families need help reconstructing old addresses, dates, medical proof, and beneficiary paperwork. That administrative work is what we handle, and a licensed attorney files the completed claim. We are a private service — not a government agency and not a law firm.
The people behind the work
RECA Justice brings together two independent organizations — Claims Northwest for claims preparation and Anderson Injury Law for legal filing. We are not a single firm; each plays a distinct, defined role on your claim.

John leads the claims-preparation side of RECA Justice through Claims Northwest, which has worked in claims handling, documentation, and administrative support since 2005. He and his team help families reconstruct residency history, organize medical and identity records, and assemble survivor documentation into a single, complete claim file.

Nathan is the licensed attorney who reviews completed claim files and serves as attorney of record for filings with the Department of Justice. As a practicing attorney with Anderson Injury Law, he provides the legal review and filing that a RECA claim requires, so families are represented by counsel when their claim is submitted.
