Our claims-preparation partner
The claims-preparation and administration partner behind RECA Justice. Since 2005, Claims Northwest has done the day-to-day work of turning scattered family records into a complete, well-organized claim file.
Background since
2005 — claims handling, documentation & administrative support.
Role
Claims preparation & administration for RECA downwinder files.
What it handles
Residency, medical, identity & survivor records.
Most families don't have a tidy folder waiting to be filed. They have memories of where a parent lived, a box of old paperwork, and medical records spread across providers. Claims Northwest specializes in turning that into a single, complete file.
Since 2005, Claims Northwest has worked in claims handling, documentation, and administrative support. For a RECA downwinder claim, that experience goes toward the parts families find hardest: reconstructing residency history, locating medical records that document a covered diagnosis, gathering identity documents, and assembling survivor and heir paperwork.
The goal is simple — keep the next step visible from the first eligibility screen through to a filing-ready package, so nothing stalls and nothing gets lost.

Claims & administration lead
Claims Northwest LLC
John leads the claims-preparation side of RECA Justice through Claims Northwest. He and his team work directly with families to reconstruct residency history, organize medical and identity records, and assemble survivor documentation into a single, complete claim file.
His focus is keeping families oriented: making sure the next step is always clear, from the first eligibility screen to the moment a finished file is handed to the attorney of record.
Claims Northwest is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Once a file is complete, it is reviewed and filed by a licensed RECA attorney through Anderson Injury Law.
How the partnership works
RECA Justice is not a single firm. Claims Northwest handles the preparation and administration; a licensed attorney handles the legal filing. Each role stays distinct.
Prepares and administers the claim file — residency, medical, identity, and survivor records. Not a law firm.
A licensed attorney reviews the completed file and serves as attorney of record for filing with the DOJ. Learn more →
