Mostly us · the heavy liftingA licensed RECA attorney through Anderson Injury Law reviews the completed file, confirms it's ready, and files it with the U.S. Department of Justice as attorney of record. Then the DOJ reviews claims in the order received.
Licensed attorney · files with the DOJNo upfront fees, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Our fee comes as a percentage of the award — and only if the claim is approved and paid.
